  • 250 g Pasta shells cooked in salted water
  • 150 g Bacon fried until crispy
  • 100 g Peas fresh or frozen
  • 3 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese grated

  • Boil pasta shells in salted water for about 8 minutes, then quick release the pressure and drain.
  • Fry bacon until crispy and set aside.
    150 g Bacon
  • Mix together mayonnaise, olive oil, vinegar or lemon juice, sugar, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
    3 tablespoon Mayonnaise, 2 tablespoon Olive oil, 1 tablespoon Vinegar or lemon juice, 1 teaspoon Sugar, to taste Salt, to taste Black pepper
  • Gently toss cooked pasta, bacon, peas, and parmesan into the dressing.
    150 g Bacon, 100 g Peas, 50 g Parmesan cheese
  • Chill in the fridge for a bit before serving.

Notes

Best served chilled. Perfect for quick meals and gatherings.
