Toss pasta noodles into pressure cooker with water to cover. Seal the lid.
Set the cooker to high pressure for about 5 minutes. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Perform slow release. Drain excess water and transfer pasta to a large bowl.
Add peas, bacon, and sprinkle parmesan cheese over pasta.
Mix dressing in a separate bowl, pour over pasta, and combine. Chill for 30 minutes.
Notes
Serve chilled for the best flavors. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
