  • 12 oz Bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • ½ cup Beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley chopped

  • Cook your bowtie pasta like the package says. Then drain and set it aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  • Add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 1 minute.
  • Sprinkle flour over the beef mixture and stir to coat. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Slowly pour in beef broth and heavy cream while stirring. Simmer until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Add the cooked bowtie pasta and mix until coated with the sauce.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For extra ease, use pre-minced garlic and pre-shredded Parmesan. To store leftovers, refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze in portions. Reheat gently to maintain the sauce texture.
