Heat olive oil in pressure cooker or skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in butter, then add chicken broth, salt, and pepper.
Add spaghetti, breaking in half if needed, press into liquid.
Close lid, cook under high pressure for 5 minutes, then allow natural release.
Open lid, return to low heat and stir in cream, Parmesan, and parsley. Cook 2-3 minutes more. Serve hot.

For a vegetarian version, use vegetable broth and substitute butter with more olive oil. Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat with a bit of broth or cream.
