  • 16 oz Fettuccine pasta cooked al dente
  • 2 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoon Cajun seasoning divided
  • ½ teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Butter divided
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3–4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoon Fresh parsley finely chopped
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1 ½ tablespoon Lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add a tablespoon of olive oil and one tablespoon of butter to melt together.
  • Season the chicken breasts with one tablespoon of Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and pepper.
  • Cook the chicken in the hot skillet for about six to seven minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove and let rest.
  • In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of butter and minced garlic. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.
  • Add tomato paste and cook for one to two minutes. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer, reducing for about five minutes.
  • Stir in the cooked fettuccine pasta, place sliced chicken on top, toss together.
  • Finish by sprinkling parsley, Parmesan, and drizzling lemon juice.
