Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add a tablespoon of olive oil and one tablespoon of butter to melt together.
Season the chicken breasts with one tablespoon of Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and pepper.
Cook the chicken in the hot skillet for about six to seven minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove and let rest.
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of butter and minced garlic. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.
Add tomato paste and cook for one to two minutes. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer, reducing for about five minutes.
Stir in the cooked fettuccine pasta, place sliced chicken on top, toss together.
Finish by sprinkling parsley, Parmesan, and drizzling lemon juice.
