Fold in the chopped cranberries gently until they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
Bake in the preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and allow muffins to cool in the tin for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
