Crack Chicken Tenders seasoned with ranch, cheddar cheese, and wrapped in bacon, cooked quickly in a pressure cooker for juicy, tender results. Perfect for a quick and delicious meal!
Start by seasoning your chicken tenders with the ranch dressing mix in a big ol’ bowl. Toss 'em till they're fully coated—it’s gonna help flavor soak in real good.
Next up, wrap each seasoned chicken tender tightly with a slice of bacon. If the bacon slips off, pop a toothpick through to keep it all in place.
Now, put your bacon wrapped chicken tenders into the pressure cooker pot. Arrange 'em evenly so they cook nicely and aren’t piled up.
Set your pressure cooker to seal and bring it up to pressure. When you hear that valve hiss, your cooker reached pressure build and the timer starts tickin’ down.
Cook the tenders for around 8 minutes at high pressure. This is the sweet spot for juicy chicken inside and slightly cooked bacon.
Once done, do a quick release so you can open that lid quick and top each tender with a half slice of cheddar cheese. The heat left inside will melt that cheese perfectly.
Close the lid back up and let it sit for 2-3 minutes to let cheese melt and bacon crisp just right. Then you’re ready to dig in!
Notes
For best results, use quick release for the pressure cooker to prevent the chicken from losing its juiciness. Feel free to experiment with different types of cheese!
