Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
In a shallow dish, beat the eggs until smooth.
Dip each chicken tender into the beaten eggs, then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture. Place the coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the chicken tenders in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway.
While the tenders are baking, heat a skillet over medium heat, then add the ranch dressing and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Once the chicken tenders are done, remove them from the oven and immediately drizzle them with the cheesy ranch sauce.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.
