Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
Whisk the egg yolks and sugar until pale and creamy.
Mix cottage cheese, ground coffee, almond extract, vanilla extract, and salt into the egg yolk mixture.
Fold in the whipped cream and add collagen peptides if using.
Layer coffee-soaked lady fingers with creamy mixture in a dish.
Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
