  • ¼ cup powdered sugar to sweeten
  • 2 teaspoons ground coffee for bold flavor
  • ¼ cup collagen peptides optional, for more protein
  • 5 egg yolks with sugar for creamy sweetness
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 16 oz cottage cheese for high protein
  • 1.5 cups strong brewed coffee for soaking lady fingers
  • 2 packs Lady fingers to layer
  • teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons extra dark cocoa powder for dusting
  • 3 tablespoons coffee liquor optional, for flavor depth

  • Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  • Whisk the egg yolks and sugar until pale and creamy.
  • Mix cottage cheese, ground coffee, almond extract, vanilla extract, and salt into the egg yolk mixture.
  • Fold in the whipped cream and add collagen peptides if using.
  • Layer coffee-soaked lady fingers with creamy mixture in a dish.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
