  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • If using, fold in the chocolate chips and chopped nuts until evenly distributed.
  • Use a tablespoon or cookie scoop to drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges are set and the tops appear slightly cracked.
  • Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Ensure not to overbake the cookies; they should be soft in the center for the best fudgy texture.
