Ingredients
  

Main ingredients

  • 3 cups chicken grilled and diced (about 4 tenderloins or 2 small chicken breasts)
  • 2 burrito tortillas
  • cup tomatoes diced
  • 4 tablespoons flamethrower sauce or chipotle ranch
  • cup avocado diced
  • ¾ cup shredded lettuce
  • cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup fiesta strips or crushed tortilla chips

  • Get your grill hot. Lay down chicken tenders and let them sizzle for 6-8 minutes a side.
  • Dice grilled chicken into bite-sized chunks. Set aside.
  • Mix diced tomatoes, avocado, and shredded lettuce in a bowl.
  • Warm tortillas on a skillet for about 1-2 minutes each.
  • Layer grilled chicken, tomato-avocado-lettuce mix on each tortilla. Sprinkle cheddar cheese and drizzle sauce.
  • Roll burrito tight, fold sides snug. Serve immediately with fiesta strips.

Notes

Use pre-grilled rotisserie chicken if you wanna save grill time. Swap flamethrower sauce for store-bought chipotle ranch if short on prep time.
