Equipment

  • 1 Pressure cooker

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 3 cups chicken grilled & diced - approximately 4 tenderloins or 2 small chicken breasts
  • 2 burrito tortillas warmed so they’re nice and pliable
  • cup tomatoes diced
  • 4 tablespoons flamethrower sauce or chipotle ranch
  • ½ avocado diced, approximately ⅓ of a cup diced
  • cup shredded lettuce
  • cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup fiesta strips or tortilla chips crushed

Instructions

Instructions

  • Grill the chicken till it’s cooked through and no pink remains. Cut it into bite-sized pieces once it’s cool enough to handle.
  • Warm your burrito tortillas either on a skillet or microwave just enough to make them flexible for rolling.
  • In a big bowl, toss together the grilled chicken, diced tomatoes, avocado, shredded lettuce, and cheddar cheese. This mix is the heart of the burrito.
  • Drizzle the flamethrower sauce or chipotle ranch over your mix and give it a good toss so every morsel shines with flavor.
  • Lay each tortilla flat and spoon the chicken blend down the center. Add those fiesta strips or crushed chips on top for crunch that snaps with every bite.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll from the bottom up to make a neat burrito. Serve right away while the filling’s warm and delicious.
