Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces chicken fillets About 1.5 pounds.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 cloves garlic Minced.
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley For garnish.
  • 4 medium potatoes Cut into fries.
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • to taste teaspoon salt For fries.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) for the fries.
  • Cut the potatoes into fries and place them in a bowl. Toss with vegetable oil and salt until well-coated. Spread them out on a baking tray. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
  • While the fries are baking, season the chicken fillets with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken fillets and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and reach a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • Return the chicken fillets to the skillet, coating them with the sauce. Let simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat the chicken through.
  • Serve the chicken fillets drizzled with the creamy sauce alongside the hot fries. Garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

To make the fries even crispier, consider soaking them in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking, then drying them thoroughly.
Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes according to your spice preference.
You can substitute the chicken fillets with chicken thighs for a different texture and flavor.
