- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded About 1 pound.
- 4 large flour tortillas 10-inch.
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
- optional croutons For added crunch.
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, grated Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing. Mix well so all ingredients are evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Heat a skillet or grill over medium heat. If you prefer warmed tortillas, place them in the skillet for about 30 seconds on each side or until slightly toasted.
Lay each tortilla flat on a cutting board. Spoon a generous portion of the chicken Caesar mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll from the bottom up to create a wrap. If desired, secure with a toothpick or wrap in parchment paper.
Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately. If you like, add croutons inside the wrap for extra crunch.
This recipe can easily be doubled for larger gatherings.
Experiment with adding ingredients like avocado or cucumber for extra flavor and texture.
For a healthier option, substitute the Caesar dressing with a lighter alternative or yogurt-based dressing.
