Ingredients
  

  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken You can use store-bought rotisserie chicken to save time.
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli florets Fresh or frozen.
  • 1.5 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped broccoli, 1 cup of the Alfredo sauce, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
  • Take the cooked pasta shells and fill each shell with the chicken and broccoli mixture using a spoon. Place the filled shells in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top of the stuffed shells, ensuring that they are well coated.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and lightly golden.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Feel free to add other vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for extra flavor and nutrition.
You can use store-bought rotisserie chicken to save time.
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and can be reheated in the oven or microwave.
