- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup frozen peas optional
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped bacon, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, frozen peas (if using), and cooked penne pasta. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated with the ranch dressing.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
