Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • ½ cup crushed graham crackers For garnish, optional.
  • 1 cup fresh cherries For garnish, optional.

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, mixing until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping and sour cream until fully incorporated.
  • Stir in ¾ cup of the cherry pie filling, mixing until the cherries are evenly distributed throughout the fluff.
  • Spoon the mixture into a serving dish, smoothing the top with a rubber spatula.
  • Drizzle the remaining cherry pie filling over the top of the cheesecake fluff.
  • If desired, sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top for an added crunch and garnish with fresh cherries.
  • Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

For a lighter option, you can use reduced-fat cream cheese and whipped topping.
This dessert can be made a day in advance, making it a great option for parties or gatherings.
Feel free to substitute with other fruit fillings, such as blueberry or strawberry, for different flavors.
