with a splash of water

Instructions
Heat olive oil in your pressure cooker on the sauté setting until it’s shimmering.
Add chopped onion and green bell pepper. Sauté ‘til they soften up, about 5 minutes.
Throw in the cubed potatoes and cook another 10 minutes, stirring now and then so nothing sticks or burns.
Next up, add your ground beef or turkey. Brown it well, breaking it up so it cooks evenly.
Mix in chopped tomato and Sloppy Joe sauce. Add a splash of water if necessary.
Close the lid, set to pressure cook on high for 10 minutes.
Once finished, do a quick release. Sprinkle cheddar on top, close lid, and let melt for 3-5 minutes.
Notes
Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy goodness. Store leftovers in airtight containers and reheat gently.
