Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, sliced pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix well and set aside.
Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit with a rolling pin into a small round circle, about 4 inches in diameter.
Place a generous tablespoon of the cheese and pepperoni mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit.
Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling, pinching to seal tightly. Roll the filled biscuit into a ball.
Place the pizza bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with the beaten egg, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving with marinara sauce for dipping.
Feel free to customize the filling by adding your favorite pizza toppings, such as olives, bell peppers, or mushrooms.
To keep the bombs warm for serving, place them in a warm oven (around 200°F) after baking.
