Instructions
Cook the ground beef in a skillet, breaking it up until browned. Drain excess fat.
Turn on the pressure cooker and add butter, onion, and garlic. Sauté until onion is translucent.
Combine soup, milk, water, carrots, rice, and beef in a bowl. Stir to combine.
Pour mixture into pressure cooker pot. Close lid and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
Allow pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes. Carefully open lid.
Top casserole with sliced cheese and let melt. Use sauté feature for extra melty cheese if desired.
Notes
Adjust cheese quantity to desired level of cheesiness. Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
