Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prep the bread the usual way before it hits the cooker.
Slice your loaf in half lengthwise and place it cut side up on a baking sheet that fits inside your pressure cooker pot.
In a small bowl, mix softened butter, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
Spread garlic butter mix evenly over cut sides of bread.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and parmesan evenly across the bread.
Pop the baking sheet into your pressure cooker pot. Seal the lid and set to high pressure for about 5 to 7 minutes tops.

Serve warm and enjoy the perfectly melted cheese combined with the aromatic garlic flavour.
