Main ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Unsalted butter room temp
  • ½ tablespoon Fresh parsley finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasonings
  • ¼ teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 20 oz Cooked chicken cubed or shredded
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 ¼ cups Shredded Cabot Monterey Jack
  • ½ cup Shredded Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar
  • 4 large Flour tortillas
  • Prepared ranch dressing optional

Instructions

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). This step gets your wrap’s golden crust ready.
  • In a big bowl, mix unsalted butter, parsley, garlic, Italian seasonings, and kosher salt until all smooth.
  • Add your cooked cubed or shredded chicken to this bowl and stir gently till every piece’s coated with that herby butter mix.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, paprika on the chicken combo. Give it a good stir to spread the flavor evenly.
  • Grab your 4 big flour tortillas. Lay ’em flat and spoon equal amounts of the chicken-cheese mix on each one.
  • Roll each wrap up tight and place them seam-side down in a greased baking dish so they won’t open mid-bake.
  • Bake those wraps for about 20 to 25 minutes. Look for that golden-brown color and hear the cheese melt inside.
  • Pull ’em out, let ’em cool a bit so you don’t burn your tongue, then slice and serve.

Notes

Serve with ranch dressing for extra flavor.
