Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces garlic bread
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced You can use rotisserie chicken for easier preparation.
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • optional fresh parsley or basil for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  • Spread the softened butter evenly on one side of each piece of garlic bread.
  • Place the garlic bread, buttered side down, on the baking sheet. Generously fill each piece with the cheesy chicken mixture.
  • Top each sandwich with any remaining shredded cheese for extra cheesiness.
  • Bake the sandwiches in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove the sandwiches from the oven and allow them to cool for a minute. Optionally, garnish with fresh parsley or basil before slicing and serving.

Notes

You can use rotisserie chicken for easier preparation.
