Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. This is gonna keep those biscuits from sticking and help with a nice even bake.
  • In a big bowl, mix together your melted ghee, coconut milk, water, and apple cider vinegar. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  • In another bowl, whisk the arrowroot powder, almond flour, coconut flour, salt, and baking soda. Ensure the dry mixture is evenly combined.
  • Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir gently until a dough forms. Avoid overmixing to prevent toughness.
  • Carefully fold in the eggs until fully combined. The dough will be sticky, but that's normal.
  • Use a tablespoon to scoop portions of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them out.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top. Let cool slightly before serving.
  • Spread chive whipped ghee over warm biscuits before serving. It melts wonderfully over warm biscuits.

Notes

Serve warm with chive whipped ghee for a fresh, gourmet touch.
