Instructions
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. This is gonna keep those biscuits from sticking and help with a nice even bake.
In a big bowl, mix together your melted ghee, coconut milk, water, and apple cider vinegar. Stir until smooth and creamy.
In another bowl, whisk the arrowroot powder, almond flour, coconut flour, salt, and baking soda. Ensure the dry mixture is evenly combined.
Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir gently until a dough forms. Avoid overmixing to prevent toughness.
Carefully fold in the eggs until fully combined. The dough will be sticky, but that's normal.
Use a tablespoon to scoop portions of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them out.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top. Let cool slightly before serving.
Spread chive whipped ghee over warm biscuits before serving. It melts wonderfully over warm biscuits.
Notes
Serve warm with chive whipped ghee for a fresh, gourmet touch.
