  • 1 Bell pepper diced
  • 1 Small onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning adjust to taste
  • ½ cup Tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 Hamburger buns toasted
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper to taste

  • Heat up your pressure cooker on the sauté setting with olive oil. Let it get hot enough to start browning.
  • Toss in the chopped onion and diced bell pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until they soften up nice.
  • Add the minced garlic and stir it in for about 30 seconds till fragrant. Watch that cook fast so it doesn't burn.
  • Put the ground chicken in next. Break it up with your spoon while it browns for 8-10 minutes. You're lookin for no pink left.
  • Sprinkle in the Cajun seasoning. Give everything a good stir to coat all that chicken and veggies real good.
  • Pour in the tomato sauce, stirring it into the mix. Close the lid and set it to pressure cook for 5 minutes.
  • When cooking finishes, use the slow release. Spoon the sloppy joe mixture on your toasted buns and dig in.
