Main ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef 85/15 for that juicy kick
  • 2 teaspoons burger seasoning split for both sides
  • Shredded lettuce for a fresh crunch
  • Diced tomatoes that pop with flavor
  • Diced burger pickles for a tangy twist
  • 1 22-ounce bag frozen waffle fries your crispy sidekick
  • 3 tablespoons butter to melt in your skillet
  • 1 ounce packet ranch seasoning or about 3 tablespoons
  • ½ cup mayo for house sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup for house sauce
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish for house sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire for house sauce
  • ½ teaspoon paprika for house sauce
  • 1 clove grated garlic for house sauce

Instructions

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven as the package says for the frozen waffle fries.
  • Pop the fries in and cook for about 20 to 25 minutes until they’re just right and crunchy.
  • While fries bake, shape your ground beef into patties. Sprinkle burger seasoning on both sides so every bite’s full of flavor.
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter till it bubbles. Add those patties and cook about 3 to 4 minutes each side for medium doneness. Adjust cook time if you want yours different.
  • As patties cook, mix up the house sauce by stirring mayo with ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire, paprika and garlic together.
  • When fries are done, toss them with your ranch seasoning mix so every fry’s coated in that salty-herby love.
  • To build the burger bowls, start with a bed of shredded lettuce in each bowl. Set a juicy patty on top, then pile on diced tomatoes and pickles. Drizzle house sauce over everything.

Notes
