  • 1 loaf Brioche bread cut into cubes
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk whole or 2%
  • ½ cup Maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Butter for greasing

  • Grease the pressure cooker insert with butter.
  • In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt until combined.
  • Add the brioche cubes into the egg mixture and stir to coat. Let it soak for 5 minutes.
  • Pour the mixture into the greased pressure cooker insert.
  • Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 40 minutes.
  • Release pressure carefully, open the lid, and serve the French toast warm with fruits or syrup as desired.
