Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lightly spraying it with cooking spray or lining it with parchment paper.
Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly using a rolling pin or your fingers. Arrange them on the baking sheet, pressing the biscuits together to form a single pizza crust.
Bake the biscuit crust in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
While the crust is baking, prepare the sausage gravy. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and crumbled, about 5-7 minutes.
Once the sausage is cooked, sprinkle the flour over the sausage and mix well. Cook for another minute to eliminate the raw flour taste.
Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and bubbles. Season with garlic powder and black pepper.
Remove the biscuit crust from the oven and pour the sausage gravy over the top. Spread it evenly across the crust.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the gravy, then return the baking sheet to the oven. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the breakfast pizza from the oven and let it cool slightly. Optionally, garnish with chopped fresh parsley before slicing into pieces.
