Instructions
Melt the butterscotch chips and semisweet chocolate together, stirring until smooth.
Remove from heat and fold in the chow mein noodles with a pinch of kosher salt.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the sheet and shape into nests.
Press 3 to 4 mini chocolate eggs into the center of each nest.
Let the cookies cool completely to set the chocolate.
