Preheat the pressure cooker and brown the ground beef with chopped onion and minced garlic.

Add cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to the beef. Stir to combine.

Pour in the enchilada sauce and stir. Close the pressure cooker lid and cook for 15 minutes under high pressure.
