These BBQ Chicken Sliders are easy to make with rotisserie chicken, tangy BBQ sauce, spicy jalapeño rings, and melty pepper Jack cheese. They're perfect for game-day gatherings or busy weeknight meals.

First, preheat your oven to 350°F. Gotta get that oven ready so your sliders come out warm and melty.
In a big bowl, toss together your shredded rotisserie chicken, BBQ sauce, and diced jalapeño pepper rings. Stir it up good so every bit's coated.
Slice your slider rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves on a baking sheet ready to get loaded.
Spread that BBQ chicken mixture evenly over all the bottom halves. Don’t be shy, pile it on nice and even.
Add your thinly sliced red onions and sprinkle the cilantro over the chicken. Top it all off with shredded pepper Jack cheese that melts real good.
Put the tops on the sliders. Mix your melted butter with granulated garlic and brush it over the tops. Sprinkle some black pepper for a little extra zing. Cover everything with foil and bake 15 minutes, then take the foil off and bake another 15 until cheese is gooey and tops golden brown.
