Instructions

Instructions

  • First, preheat your oven to 350°F. Gotta get that oven ready so your sliders come out warm and melty.
  • In a big bowl, toss together your shredded rotisserie chicken, BBQ sauce, and diced jalapeño pepper rings. Stir it up good so every bit's coated.
  • Slice your slider rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves on a baking sheet ready to get loaded.
  • Spread that BBQ chicken mixture evenly over all the bottom halves. Don’t be shy, pile it on nice and even.
  • Add your thinly sliced red onions and sprinkle the cilantro over the chicken. Top it all off with shredded pepper Jack cheese that melts real good.
  • Put the tops on the sliders. Mix your melted butter with granulated garlic and brush it over the tops. Sprinkle some black pepper for a little extra zing. Cover everything with foil and bake 15 minutes, then take the foil off and bake another 15 until cheese is gooey and tops golden brown.
