Instructions
Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until nice and saucy.
Butter one side of each bread slice.
On the unbuttered side, layer cheese, BBQ chicken mix, red onion, and jalapeños.
Cap each with the other bread slice, butter side up.
Grill sandwiches 3-4 minutes per side till golden brown.
Cut in half and serve warm.
