Main ingredients

  • 4 large slices Sourdough, Tiger, or Giraffe Bread thick slices
  • 250-300 g Shredded Cooked Chicken leftovers or pre-cooked
  • cup BBQ Sauce to taste preference
  • 4 slices Monterey or Pepper Jack Cheese for spicy melty touch
  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese or any cheese of choice
  • ¼ to ⅓ cup Red Onion finely diced
  • ¼ cup Pickled Jalapeños finely diced
  • Butter as needed for grilling

  • Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  • Mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until nice and saucy.
  • Butter one side of each bread slice.
  • On the unbuttered side, layer cheese, BBQ chicken mix, red onion, and jalapeños.
  • Cap each with the other bread slice, butter side up.
  • Grill sandwiches 3-4 minutes per side till golden brown.
  • Cut in half and serve warm.
