These BBQ Chicken Flatbreads are a quick, delicious, and versatile meal that’s perfect for busy weeknights. Topped with tender, juicy chicken, melty cheese, and a tangy BBQ sauce, these flatbreads are perfect for any night of the week.
First, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). This gets your flatbreads all crisp and ready at the end. You want that nice crunch with your tender chicken.
Grab a bowl and mix your chicken pieces with olive oil, sweet paprika, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Make sure everything's coated good so every bite’s full of flavor.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and toss in your seasoned chicken. Cook it for about 5 to 7 minutes until it’s no longer pink and you can see it’s cooked through. This is gonna start sealing in all those tasty spices.
Take the skillet off heat and stir in your BBQ sauce. Coat the chicken real good so every piece gets sauced up nicely.
Place your flatbreads on a baking sheet and spread out the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over each one. Don’t be shy with that mozz, sprinkle it all on top with your red onion and capsicum slices.
Bake in your preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes until flatbreads are crisp and cheese has melted perfectly. Let them cool just a little before slicing into wedges. Then grab a piece and dig in!
