- 12 oz linguine or spaghetti
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce

- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup green onions, chopped
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped Optional.
- Salt and pepper To taste.
Cook the linguine or spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha sauce, and lime juice. Whisk until smooth and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper, then cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp turns pink and is cooked through.
Reduce the heat to low, and add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the shrimp. Pour the sauce over the pasta and shrimp, tossing everything together until well coated.
Stir in the chopped green onions and cilantro (if using). Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through.
Serve immediately, garnished with additional green onions or cilantro if desired.
For a vegetarian option, you can substitute the shrimp with sautéed vegetables such as bell peppers, zucchini, or mushrooms.
Adjust the level of Sriracha according to your spice preference.
