Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium-sized ripe bananas
  • 1 cup peanut butter smooth
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  • Add the peanut butter, sugar, baking soda, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined and smooth.
  • If desired, fold in the chocolate chips for added sweetness and texture.
  • Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cookies are golden and set.
