- 4 fillets salmon About 6 ounces each.
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, olive oil, honey, lemon juice, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper until well combined.
