Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Mix softened butter, parmesan, garlic powder, and salt to create the butter spread.
Cut French bread loaf in half lengthwise and lay open on a baking sheet.
Spread butter mixture evenly over cut sides of bread.
Layer ham, pepperoni, and salami on bottom bread half, add provolone, then shredded lettuce.
Close sandwich, wrap in aluminum foil.
Bake the wrapped sandwich for 20 minutes, then unwrap and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is golden.
Toss lettuce, tomatoes, and pepperoncini with dressing made from mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Once baked, add salad to sandwich, top with other bread half, and cut into servings.
Notes
Serve warm for optimal taste. Can substitute other deli meats if desired.
