Baked Ham and Cheese Croissants: A Pressure Cooker Delight
These Baked Ham and Cheese Croissants are stuffed with savory ham and Swiss cheese, glazed in a buttery honey mustard sauce, then finished with poppy seeds and baked until golden perfection.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a baking dish with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk melted butter, honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Slice croissants in half horizontally to create tops and bottoms.
Place bottom halves of croissants into baking dish.
Layer each with 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of Swiss cheese.
Place top halves of croissants over the fillings.
Brush the tops generously with the prepared honey mustard butter mix.
Sprinkle poppy seeds evenly over the croissants.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes until the tops are golden and cheese is melted.
