  • 6 slices Bacon crispy and chopped pieces
  • 2 cups Rotisserie Chicken shredded
  • 1 ½ cups Mexican Cheese Blend
  • ½ cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Hot Sauce
  • ½ cup Green Onions thinly sliced
  • 1 pack Hawaiian Slider Rolls
  • 6 tablespoon Butter melted with garlic
  • 4 cloves Garlic chopped fine
  • 2 tablespoon Ranch Seasoning Mix

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Fry bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop.
  • In a big bowl, mix chicken, cheese blend, ranch dressing, hot sauce, green onions, bacon, and ranch seasoning.
  • Slice slider rolls in half, place bottom halves in a greased baking dish. Spread chicken mixture evenly on top.
  • Place top halves of rolls on filling. Melt butter with garlic, brush over rolls, cover with foil. Bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake 10 more minutes until golden and crispy.

Notes

The garlic butter gloss on top adds a little crunch and plenty of aroma that fills the kitchen while you eat. It’s comfort food with some spunk.
