hard boiled eggs

large avocado

fresh lime juice

Instructions
Put your eggs inside the pressure cooker with a cup of water.
Cook the eggs for about 5 mins under high pressure. Use natural release.
Peel your eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks.
Mash the avocado with the yolks until smooth, adding lime juice, cilantro, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spoon the mixture back into the egg halves. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
Notes
Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Avoid freezing.
