peeled and pitted

fresh lime
juiced

Place eggs in the pressure cooker trivet, add water, and lock the lid.
Set pressure cooker to high pressure for 5 minutes and allow natural release.
Cool eggs and slice them in half lengthwise, then remove yolks to a bowl.
Add avocado, lime juice, onion, cilantro, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth.
Fill egg whites with the mixture and garnish if desired.
Serve immediately or chill for later use.
Notes
Enjoy right away or prepare ahead by refrigerating the eggs after filling.
