Avocado Deviled Eggs in Your Pressure Cooker

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs ready to slice and fill
  • 1 ripe avocado peeled and pitted
  • 1 fresh lime juiced
  • 2 tablespoons red onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Place eggs in the pressure cooker trivet, add water, and lock the lid.
  • Set pressure cooker to high pressure for 5 minutes and allow natural release.
  • Cool eggs and slice them in half lengthwise, then remove yolks to a bowl.
  • Add avocado, lime juice, onion, cilantro, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth.
  • Fill egg whites with the mixture and garnish if desired.
  • Serve immediately or chill for later use.

Notes

Enjoy right away or prepare ahead by refrigerating the eggs after filling.
