Instructions
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Add ground turkey and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, for 5 to 7 minutes until browned.
Add garlic; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in carrots, mushrooms, water chestnuts, and green onions. Cook 4 to 5 minutes until veggies are softened.
Add hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar. Stir and cook 2 to 3 minutes until heated through.
Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves and serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days. You can freeze the filling, then thaw and reheat for quick meals.
