Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Honeycrisp apples, diced About 2 medium apples.
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup grapes, halved Red or green grapes.
  • 1 cup pecans, roughly chopped Can substitute with walnuts or almonds.
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt Can use Greek yogurt.
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • to taste salt Optional.
  • to taste pepper Optional.

Instructions
 

  • Begin by washing the Honeycrisp apples and grapes. Dice the apples into bite-sized pieces, chop the celery, and halve the grapes. Roughly chop the pecans.
  • In a small bowl, mix the plain yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the diced apples, chopped celery, halved grapes, and chopped pecans.
  • Pour the yogurt dressing over the salad ingredients. Use a spoon to gently mix everything, ensuring that the dressing coats the fruits and nuts evenly.
  • Taste the salad and adjust the seasoning if desired. Serve it immediately or chill it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes before serving for a cooler salad.

Notes

This salad is best served fresh to maintain the crunchiness of the apples and celery.
You can substitute pecans with walnuts or almonds if preferred.
For a vegan option, use a dairy-free yogurt alternative.
