Equipment

  • 1 large pitcher
  • 4 glasses
  • 1 stirring spoon
  • 1 measuring jigger or shot glass
  • 1 ice cube tray

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Prosecco
  • ½ cup Aperol or similar aperitivo For a less sweet version, you can substitute with a drier aperitivo.
  • ½ cup soda water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice Optional for extra flavor.
  • orange slices for garnish Add for an extra touch of flavor and presentation.
  • ice cubes For filling glasses and pitcher.

Instructions
 

  • Fill your large pitcher halfway with ice cubes.
  • Pour in the Prosecco first.
  • Next, add the Aperol and soda water to the pitcher. If using, add fresh orange juice for extra flavor.
  • Gently stir the mixture with a spoon to combine the ingredients. Avoid shaking to keep the bubbles intact.
  • Pour the Amici Spritz into individual glasses filled with ice.
  • Garnish each glass with an orange slice for an extra touch of flavor and presentation.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a less sweet version, you can substitute Aperol with a drier aperitivo.
Experiment with different garnishes such as a sprig of rosemary or a lemon twist for added flavor.
