Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit or 190 Celsius.
Cook ground beef with diced onion over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is translucent.
Add garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, and cumin to the beef mixture and stir well.
Add corn, black beans, and salsa to the skillet and cook for about five minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Roll out crescent dough on a floured surface and cut into squares or triangles.
Spoon beef mixture into the center of each dough piece.
Fold over the dough and pinch edges to seal taco pockets.
Place pockets in air fryer basket sprayed with non-stick spray.
Cook for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
Serve freshly cooked for best enjoyment. Reheat using air fryer for optimal crispiness.
