  • 1 pound Ground beef cooked until brown
  • 1 cup Diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 cup Corn fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Black beans drained
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 8 ounce Crescent sheet dough refrigerated
  • 1.5 cup Cheese shredded
  • as needed Non-stick cooking spray

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit or 190 Celsius.
  • Cook ground beef with diced onion over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is translucent.
  • Add garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, and cumin to the beef mixture and stir well.
  • Add corn, black beans, and salsa to the skillet and cook for about five minutes.
  • Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • Roll out crescent dough on a floured surface and cut into squares or triangles.
  • Spoon beef mixture into the center of each dough piece.
  • Fold over the dough and pinch edges to seal taco pockets.
  • Place pockets in air fryer basket sprayed with non-stick spray.
  • Cook for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Notes

Serve freshly cooked for best enjoyment. Reheat using air fryer for optimal crispiness.
