Instructions
Mix regular soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, sesame oil, dark soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and grated ginger in a bowl to create the marinade.
Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for 3 to 5 minutes.
Place chicken skin-side down in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Save leftover marinade.
Air fry for 12 minutes.
Flip chicken and brush with remaining marinade.
Continue air frying for another 10 to 12 minutes until cooked through and crispy.
Let rest 5 minutes, then garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
Leftovers store well in the fridge 3-4 days, or freeze up to 2 months. Reheat in air fryer to keep crispy.
