  • 1 measuring cups
  • 1 measuring spoons
  • 1 cooking spray
  • 1 spatula

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower About 1 pound.
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce Hot sauce.
  • as needed spray cooking spray To prevent sticking.

Instructions

  • Start by preheating your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth. The batter should have a thick consistency.
  • Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Place the battered cauliflower florets in the basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches.
  • Air fry the cauliflower for 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • After 12 minutes, remove the cauliflower and toss them in the buffalo sauce until well coated.
  • Return the coated cauliflower to the air fryer and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes until crispy.
  • Once done, remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauce, such as ranch or blue cheese.

Notes

For a milder version, consider using a milder hot sauce or mix the buffalo sauce with a bit of butter or olive oil.
You can adjust the spices in the batter according to your taste preferences.
Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket for best results; this ensures that the cauliflower gets crispy.
