  • cup cranberry sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped fine
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • 1 egg beaten, for brushing

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out puff pastry on floured surface and cut into 2-inch squares.
  • Mix cream cheese and cranberry sauce until smooth and combined.
  • Spoon mix into center of each pastry square.
  • Top with chopped pecans and sprinkle of rosemary.
  • Fold opposite corners to center and pinch firmly to seal.
  • Brush tops with beaten egg.
  • Bake 15–18 minutes until puffed and golden.
  • Let cool slightly and serve warm.
