Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out puff pastry on floured surface and cut into 2-inch squares.
Mix cream cheese and cranberry sauce until smooth and combined.
Spoon mix into center of each pastry square.
Top with chopped pecans and sprinkle of rosemary.
Fold opposite corners to center and pinch firmly to seal.
Brush tops with beaten egg.
Bake 15–18 minutes until puffed and golden.
Let cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
Great for make-ahead! Store refrigerated 3–4 days or freeze 1 month.
