  • 1 lb ground beef brown it first for better flavor
  • 1 can diced tomatoes adds fresh tang and moisture
  • 1 cup chopped onions gotta have that base flavor
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers brings a little crunch and color
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables easy to toss in, no chopping needed
  • 1 packet taco seasoning spices it up right without fuss
  • ½ to 1 cup broth or water enough for perfect broth depth

  • First, brown the ground beef in the skillet over medium heat. Let it get good and brown, then drain excess fat.
  • Dump the browned beef into your slow cooker.
  • Add in diced tomatoes, chopped onions, bell peppers, and frozen mixed veggies. Stir until well combined.
  • Sprinkle taco seasoning over everything and give it a good stir so it’s all mixed well.
  • Cover the slow cooker, set on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Ensure proper pressure buildup before serving.
