Instructions
First, brown the ground beef in the skillet over medium heat. Let it get good and brown, then drain excess fat.
Dump the browned beef into your slow cooker.
Add in diced tomatoes, chopped onions, bell peppers, and frozen mixed veggies. Stir until well combined.
Sprinkle taco seasoning over everything and give it a good stir so it’s all mixed well.
Cover the slow cooker, set on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Ensure proper pressure buildup before serving.

Serve with additional toppings if desired such as cheese or sour cream.
