Instructions
Instructions
First, grab your pressure cooker pot and toss in 1 cup of rolled oats.
Pour in 2 cups almond milk over the oats. Stir it a little so nothing sticks at the bottom.
Put the lid on and place that sealing ring properly. That’s important so no vapor sneaks out.
Turn your pressure cooker to medium heat and wait for it to reach high pressure. You’ll see the valve hiss and hear steam cues that tell you it's ready.
Once pressure’s up, lower the heat so it simmers and cook for about 3 minutes. Then turn the heat off and let it do a slow release for a couple minutes, no rush here.
Open the lid away from your face and give the oats a good stir. Now toss in your sliced banana, honey, walnuts, and cinnamon. Stir it all up nice and even.
Serve it warm in a bowl. You can add a little more banana or walnuts on top if you want that extra bite or pop of flavor.
Notes
Warm, comforting, and simple, this bowl makes mornings easier to handle and get moving without stress.
